Vendor spaces are $35 each for a 10′ by 10′ space if you reserve your space prior to May 1, 2017. After that date they will be $40 each.
The venue for this event is in Greenville, South Carolina. Although this is our first year holding the Gathering of the Bards, similar events at the same location routinely attract 500 to 1000 visitors.
Each 10×10 space is on the main thoroughfare for the event. Many spots are under shade trees. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, and awnings. Sorry, no electricity is available for any of our vendor spaces!
Food vendors are responsible for acquiring all of the necessary health and safety permits from the City of Greenville and the state of South Carolina. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance. Gathering of the Bards is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
NOTE: You should have downloaded and completed the Vendor Application prior to paying for your space. When your application has been approved you will be notified (usually within 24 hours). Your approval email will contain a link allowing you to pay for your space through Paypal. Alternately you may also send payment to:

Any great event is only as good as its entertainers!
We’re looking for wandering minstrels, street magicians, cosplayers, faeries, knights, hoop dancers, poi spinners, and various and sundry other entertainers to perform at our event.
While we can offer no compensation for entertainers, all approved entertainers get free admission to the event. We also allow you to set up tip jars or pass around the hat. It’s also a great way to gain free exposure to your act!
